Not always, how could she verify her age if she just sent pictures in? There is no real proof of her age. Plus thousands of people everyday send their media in, why would they waste all their time checking one girls age out?
I do acknowledge though that some girls look younger than they do, but just know that there is a possibility that she is underage. We can all agree that some wrong-things does slip through sometimes, right?
