WTF?!! It keeps saying “click to run an active x control on this page! this site used to be cool, but now i cant play any videos!!! I tried downloading a divx codec but it still didnt work! please help
Anonymous i suggest you try to use google for your problem.
Or check if its the same with other sites.
Again install Divx, make sure you got windows media player.
Then activex should be enabled in your internet explorer, google it to see how you must do this or just CLICK ON IT as you copy pasted the error.
Which browser are you using?
Are you having the problem on THIS site or on YOURFILEHOST .
As you can see, you need to say alot more information before we can actually help you !
Again is the problem on yourfilehost or on this site? because the movie isnt hosted on this site but on yourfilehost. So if there is a problem with the movie you should read the FAQ of yourfilehost…
Pls be more specific about the problem otherwise its hard to understand and to help.
We provide free movies, and i tried to help you.
It’s a problem that is on your computer and not on this site !
So i suggest you ask someone irl to help you, since i already explained everything that needs to be done to play avi :
- download Divx or avi codec or player
- install it
- If the activeX enable comes up , click OK , otherwise it wont play the movie in your webbrwoser bec he thinks it might be something harmfull.
- Or you download the movie from the site and watch it from your pc

And all the movies work fine for the other 99% who visit this site.
So saying some work ,some don’t is bullshit. It’s more : your pc or your pc knowledge dont let you play the movie.
And you can always try to search for the probem by yourself if the represented solution doesnt help. Try GOOGLE .
Saying i dont have problem : yes you have a problem, it isnt yourfilehost, it isnt this site, its your pc.
January 17th, 2007 at 1:35 pm
It’s only a problem of this vid beacause the other work fine
January 17th, 2007 at 6:37 pm
ok, strange tho, all the vids i post are tested with windows media player and should work.
“joe” use google… you can google Hypercam,Camtasia etc all decent programs.
